Creating a wide trigger can be a simple process. Many aftermarket triggers are available as well as trigger "shoes." By using a piece of .170" ID and 1/4" OD vinyl tubing you can upgrade the trigger width without even opening the trigger frame. The diagram below gives you the approximate dimensions needed.
